Election Committee – Announcement No. 2

To: Respected leaders of community organizations, associations, groups, and all fellow Vietnamese Americans

The Election Mobilization and Organizing Committee for the Representative Board and Board of Directors of the Vietnamese American Community of Tarrant County for the 2026–2029 term respectfully provides the following information regarding the upcoming BĐD/HĐQT/CĐ Election:

According to Announcement No. 1, issued on November 5, 2025, the deadline to submit candidacy applications was January 16, 2026. Due to technical issues with the email address designated to receive applications, the Committee has decided:

1. Extend the deadline for candidacy applications to January 25, 2026.
2. All candidates who previously submitted applications to vietnamtarrant@gmail.com are requested to resend them to the Committee at vactarrant@gmail.com and andy4gold@gmail.com.
3. The official voting date remains February 28, 2026, during the Annual Community Assembly.
4. All other provisions remain unchanged from Announcement No. 1.
